Coaching
My business coaching service helps organisational heads become well-rounded leaders. Meeting on a suggested fortnightly basis, I help leaders pinpoint their values, take responsibility for themselves, define a purpose-led vision, empower others, and fine-tune their intuition. Beyond the initial values session, I’ll work with each individual for a minimum of three months as they navigate this new mindset in the real world.
